I’m back in Singapore this week for conference. After the conference, we had dinner at a Peking Duck restaurant. What else should we eat there except Peking Duck.
Here the chef slices the duck in front of the guests, while the waitresses prepare the dish by wrapping it with onion and serving the dish to the guests.
