Monochrome Friday – Harvest at Low Tide

On the land bridge, between the Small Mountain and the island off back beach, during low tide, many people would scurry among the rocks, harvesting small shellfish, that looks like snails, for sale.
Here’s a lady, covered up to protect her skin from tanning in the sun, harvesting the crustaceans which she’ll then put in the white plastic bowl in front of her.
This is hard labourous work and it’ll take a lot of shells to fill the bowl. Each crustacean is only about 2-3mm in diameter.
