I’ve started driving in Vietnam! While you’ll not find me behind the wheels in HCMC, I’ve recently started driving the company car when I’m going home late at night. Early next day, to avoid the multitude of Vietnam’s notorious motorcycles, I’d drive the car to my colleague’s place at Ha Long for him.
This was taken one of the mornings, outside his apartment (I used to stay there myself, when I first arrived in Vung Tau). Here, I try to capture the “golden” feel of the morning sun.
It’s quite a tough composition act, trying to keep the Jesus Statue on the left, the 2 women on the right, the peninsula protrusion…. phew!
