It is not common for me to take pictures of food. Usually, they go down my stomach before I even remembered to take a photo.
Anyway, here’s one. It’s a popular dish in Singapore (literal translation = Pork Rib Tea), and as its name implies, it is pork ribs brewed in herbal tea.
The good ones will have a strong spicy herbal tea flavour, the not so good ones will try to mask it with lots of black pepper, so it’s plain spicy. Some people I know however likes the black pepper.
